Purpose of this Document
This white paper synthesizes insights from the Healthcare Future Summit 2025 roundtable discussions, convened under DHA patronage and organized by Index Conferences with JLL Healthcare as knowledge partner. It presents a strategic framework for advancing Dubai’s healthcare transformation through three interconnected pillars: Public Health and Population Wellbeing, Vaccination Excellence, and School Health.
The document is rooted in research on best practice from evidence-based literature review and based on the inputs shared by experts from the round table discussion. These are suggestions for guidance that could be utilized by multiple stakeholders within the healthcare industry and the broader ecosystem to deliver a vison for sustainable improvement in health outcomes for Dubai.
